Following are instructions on how to obtain the key locking code and renew your software license:

• Go to C:\SC50\Drivers\ or C:\IOIQ\PSOx.y\Tools\ depending on your installed Process Safety Office®  version and the launch the FieldExchange utility. While the key is attached to the computer, click on the “Get Locking Code” button. 
• E-mail the locking code to support@iomosaic.com 
• ioMosaic support will e-mail you back a license key number 
• Launch the Field Exchange Utility, enter the license number, and click on “Update License” button.
